It’s raining today. So, can I have a refund?

We don’t charge for the sunshine at River Valley. So we don’t give refunds if it rains. Ask at Reception for a list of activities or keep an eye on our blog and social media. However, there is plenty to do at River Valley – and our indoor pool is always warm.

Are barbeques allowed?

Yes we allow barbecues, but we also love our green grass! Therefore, please keep them off the grass to prevent any damage. We have resting blocks for you to borrow. There are two boxes containing these, one is placed just inside the Wash Up Area and the other just to the left of the Reception Door.

Do you charge for showers?

We include shower use in our tariff. Our shower block has plenty of hot water. And it’s heated to a comfortable temperature – because no-one wants a shower in the freezing cold! Our caravan and camping facilities are among the best to be found in Cornwall.

Do we need to pack bed linens and towels?

We provide all bed linens ready for your arrival. But please bring your own towels, tea towels and dish cloths.
